Terms of use

These terms apply to the onclick.cc website and to the games and apps that onclick.cc (“we”, “us”) publishes, such as Beltwise (“our apps”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are a child, please read them with a parent or guardian.
1. Using our apps
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal use and for teaching (for example in a classroom). Our apps are also covered by the terms of the store you got them from, such as the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute our apps or their content.
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer our apps, except where the law allows it.
- Remove copyright notices, or use our apps or this website to break the law.
3. Ownership
Our apps, including their art, text, levels and sounds, belong to onclick.cc. Some parts are open-source software and fonts used under their own licences (for example, Godot Engine under the MIT licence, and fonts under the SIL Open Font License); each app lists them on its About page.
4. Price and purchases
Beltwise is free. If one of our apps ever offers something to buy, the store handles the payment and its refund rules apply.
5. Privacy
Each app has its own privacy policy, and this website has one too. See Privacy at onclick.cc.
6. No warranty
We work hard to make our apps fun and reliable, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our apps or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above. Using our apps or this website after a change means you accept the new terms.
